AUTOMOBILE


  "Automobile" by listening to this word what did it comes to your mind?. Today lets talk about Automobile. So speaking about automobile its the combination of two words AUTO-MOBILE. The word AUTO is a French word which means "self" and the word MOBILE means moveable. So the thing which is self movable is called "AUTOMOBILE".
 
    So speaking about Automobile don't you think about where did it came from, or was the first person who made an automobile? Today were are going to talk about this.

    In 1672 FERDINAND HERBIEST, a member of the Jesuit mission of China made a first steam-powered vehicle toy for the Chinese Emperor. It was a so small steam engine car that it was not even capable of carrying a driver with it but it was possibly the first vehicle powered by the steam engine.

    In 1769 NICOLAS JOSEPH CUGNOT built and first steam-powered automobile which was capable of human transportation. Though it was not very much effective it was the first steam-powered automobile.




    In 1808 FRANCOIS ISSAC DE RIVAZ designed a first internal combustion engine which has been fueled by Hydrogen.


 
     In 1870 SIEGFRIED MARCUS designed a first internal combustion engine which was fueled by Gasoline (Petrol) which was the two-stroke engine. Later in 1880, Marcus designed a four-stroke engine which we still use in our automobile. He even built and two more models of car with steering, clutch, and brake.

     In 1885 KARL BENZ developed a Gasoline (Petrol) powered automobile. This is also considered to be the first production vehicle in history.

     


    In 1890 RUDOLF DIESEL invented and the first engine which was fueled by diesel. This was also the four-stroke engine.

     In 1908 HENRY FORD'S COMPANY ( FORD MOTOR COMPANY) invented a Ford Model T car and it became the mass production car in the history until 1927 Ford had produced more than 15 Million production car in automobile history.

           



      In 1859 ANYOS JEDLICKA invented a lead-acid battery and the Electric Motor and Gaston Plante, this was the beginning of the electric car.
